Alan Rides is an International Trade Professional and lead consultant at ARC since 2008. He is the Chairman of Hounslow Chamber of Commerce and holds directorships with the British Iran Chamber of Commerce, Astro Crushing and Screening Equipment, and is a Council member of British Exporters Association.
Previously, Alan was the lead International Trade Advisor for the Department of International Trade on MENA (Middle East North Africa), in the London trade team. This was due to his active trading background since 1992 in that region, during some of this time Alan lived overseas in these markets. This resulted in Alan receiving The Queens Award for Exports in 2010.
This work included buying goods from mainly the UK but also across the EU, the America’s, and Asia from with SME and FTSE 100 clients ranging from JCB/Terex/Rolls-Royce and BMW to exporting kits to build Cold Rooms for food products and Medical Clean Rooms to store pharmaceuticals. Alan specialises in setting up overseas market entry and distribution dealerships for UK exporters linking
sales with international trade finance. Alan’s started his career with two blue chip companies; Metal Box and later Diageo, where he was the export manager for South America. Here he learnt how major player’s export through distribution channels so was able to apply these lessons learn to both smaller and larger companies to achieve success. He is also a Trustee of Whitton Community Association Charity plus a graduate from the Institute of Export.
Mr Mahendra Sinh C Jadeja
Mahendra’s motto has always been “to serve”. Over the last 3 decades he has dedicated his time to serve the community. A Proud Guajarati and British Community representative, always looking at how the community can lead a more happy and prosperous life to provide a better future for future generations not just in London but across the UK. A much-respected community leader, Mahendra is a National Executive Council Member of the National Congress of Gujarati Organisations of the UK (NCGO UK) and served the maximum term as General Secretary for the NCGO UK. Mr Harjit Singh Sidhu comes from the line of Reputed Family of Homeopaths, his uncle Dr Gurnam Singh of Patiala was a known pioneer for flourishing Homoeopathy in Punjab, India and his father Dr Pyara Singh, was the one of the very first Indian to establish the Homoeopathic Clinic in Homoeopathy in 1979 & then the Hahnemann College of Homoeopathy in the UK in 1982.
Harjit is now actively involved in manufacturing of Homoeopathic & Herbal Products and is active in Homoeopathic Education.

She is registered member of Central Council of Homoeopathy, India. And she is also a member of Registration Society of Homoeopathy, UK. She was successfully practicing homoeopathy in Ahmedabad, Gujarat since 2006 to 2010. Since 2011 she is practicing in London, UK. With private practice she also give her contribution in various activities of RSH, UK. In addition to this, she has also worked for pharmaceutical industry in UK which has given her good experience in department of quality Assurance and pharmacovigilance.

Dharmapal Jadeja is a director of Prime Health UK from 2017. He is also the director of Pharmex-UK Ltd – a dedicated pharmaceutical wholesale distribution business. Prior to joining Pharmex-UK Ltd, he has successfully run the business of Assencion Pharmaceuticals Limited in a capacity of the director. Mr. Jadeja received a Master’s Degree in I.C. from Bhavnagar University, Gujarat India.
As a director of pharmaceutical companies, Mr. Jadeja has gained significant experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, Information technology, sales, marketing and international operations. He is lead auditor for pharmaceutical sectors and he has audited more than 150 companies during his career. His background provides the Board with broad expertise in Marketing, Quality and regulatory issues.
Dr Isabelle Grafin Grote
After an international career in PR & Journalism, Dr. Grote has trained for 12 years in the UK, Germany, and the US whilst establishing “The Foxburgh Natural Health & Wellness Centre”. Being trained in 1997 as a naturopath, Dr. Grote is a passionate promoter of complimentary medicine. She is also the author & radio show host of the Foxburgh Natural Health & Wellness Centre.
